How Energex helped:
- Working directly with the client’s commercial and strategy teams on all key commercial aspects of the project, including:
- Advising the business development team on the structuring of the project tariffs –both fixed and variable cost components
- Supporting customers’ negotiations for key project contracts including Terminal Usage Agreements and Customer Agreements
- Liaising with the client’s technical, operational and legal teams to ensure all aspects of the projects are reflected in project documents
- Supported the Client’s wider business development strategy with regards to sustainable fuels and emissions reductions
