Is used to respond to your queries and is only retained long enough to respond to your query.  Thereafter, this information is deleted after 24 months, unless you consent for us to retain it for other purposes such as updates on our products and services.

Client data

This data is stored for as long as you may be a client with us and for seven years thereafter.
