At Energex we recognise our responsibility to have a positive impact on the communities in which we live and work.

Since 2021, we have partnered with Pilotlight to deploy our time, knowledge and experience in directly supporting community charities to help them become more resilient and impactful. Find out more here

We encourage and sponsor our team members to invest some of their time as “Pilotlighters” on 10-12 month projects, operating as part of a small team of senior business people under the Pilotlight 360 programme.

Pilotlight is a charity that operates to support other charities to amplify the impact that they have by harnessing the experience of business experts to support the charity in tackling their most pressing issues.
